Authority-side obligation
From full application on 9 July 2027, competent Member State authorities must accept electronic information supplied through certified eFTI platforms for the regulatory information in scope.
Operator choice
This is not a blanket rule forcing every transport operator to abandon paper on that day. The platform and service-provider certification framework is a separate matter from your internal data readiness.
