Will the transport document work at roadside inspection?
A QR code that opens a login page or a document viewer is not the direct PDF access described by Spain’s DeCA resolution. A changed document also needs a traceable digital path back to the driver.

Unique document URL
The PDF contains a QR for its unique URL. HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or newer must allow a direct PDF download without login, a button or other manual interaction.
Available during service
Security tokens are allowed, but the link cannot expire before service completion. File retention is at least one year; link download may be disabled seven days after service completion.
Change reaches the driver
Either update the existing PDF with old values and reason retained, or create a new PDF, URL and QR while preserving the original. The updated or new PDF must reach the driver.

A Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint viewer link is a test candidate, not automatically a legal failure by brand: the actual URL response decides the direct-download check. An inaccessible or uncertain result remains REVIEW REQUIRED.

An acknowledgement is a proposed operational control; the BOE requirement is that the revised or new PDF reaches the driver. Handwritten notes on a printed copy are not a valid amendment path under the cited resolution.
